Blue Dirt Girl

“the band crafted a subtly unique blend of musical styles, roping in funk, country, saloon blues, folk, even touches of psychedelia. Song Of The Crawdads mixes ethereal steel guitar and analog electronics to create one of the most distinctive sounds, half blues but with a dash of Pink Floyd

Kathryn’s fascination with her wah pedal, desire to dance and her eclectic music collection informs both her vocal style, songwriting & composition. Albert delves into his accumulated musical and songwriting prowess for his bass interpretations.

Since the album’s release Blue Dirt Girl, in an unorthodox twist, shares intriguing posts on each single, for a month at a time. The posting ends with the release of a lyric video on their Youtube Channel. Go now and watch Blue Dirt Girl live on their Album Release Shows compilation video. (2023)
